Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will work as a part of the Tuuti Creative Services Team and is responsible for creating effective and beautiful communication to both external and internal audiences in a variety of media, including, but not limited to, print, digital, web, illustration, video, and photography. This role will collaborate and work closely with the Creative Director to ensure client design success.

Job Duties

  • Produce custom graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, videos, packaging, brand collateral, and websites through a variety of media outlets to bring themes and clients’ visions to life 
  • Utilizes impeccable time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintains and coordinates proper project file management on the computer, server, and other storage media
  • Have the ability to stay organized and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Share insight on current trends, as well as stay up-to-date with the best practices in the creative space 
  • Speak up and be willing to share fresh ideas in team brainstorms 
  • The ability to think creatively and develop unique concepts that resonate with our clients’ brand and audience is crucial
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism and feedback on creative projects

Qualifications

  • BA/BFA Degree in Graphic Design or Art & Design or equivalent in years of experience
  • 5+ year working as a graphic designer within an agency, studio, or in-house organization (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and equivalent design tools
  • Strong conceptual design skills and sense of style
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and the ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web designs for web and mobile
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attitude and a major team player to our small team
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital environment, including files, formats, and best practices
  • Acute attention to detail and an ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with all teams
